'ThoroughfareRegistry' commenced with a modest ambition: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a quaint, kin-managed business with recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her voyages across Italy, mentored by veteran pizza artisans in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she aspired to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old methods and premium components.
Starting as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, it has expanded into a cherished locale, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily, and seek out the best quality ingredients we can find.
'ThoroughfareRegistry' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now with the second generation at the helm, leading a team of enthusiastic staff. Though we've adopted some contemporary enhancements, the essence of our enterprise is unchanged: crafting delectable, real pizza that unites folks.
